For our client, a group based in Hamburg, we are looking for a Team Leader (m/f/d) IT Infrastructure & Cloud to support the IT Operations department. General data: Start: asap Duration: 10 months with option to extend Utilization: 80% (32 hours a week) Location: 50% on site in Hamburg, 50% remote Operational and technical management of the team for Service Platform, Infrastructure, Automation and Backup & Restore Ensuring smooth IT operations and continuous development of IT services Management...

What skills are required for this team leader (m/f/d) it infrastructure & cloud?

The essential skills and qualifications for this position include:

Several years of operational experience in a management role in the area of IT infrastructure (e.g. team leader, deputy team leader or comparable) Sound experience in group structures or large corporate environments In-depth knowledge of cloud architectures (especially hybrid cloud solutions), automation and IT service management Confident handling of common office tools Strong soft skills: high communication skills, proactive and solution-oriented way of working, ability to work in a team as well as a confident and structured management style

Additional preferred qualifications may include problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and experience working in collaborative team environments.
