- Analyse, Strukturierung und Übersetzung fachlicher Anforderungen in SAP-BI-Lösungen
- Enge Abstimmung mit dem Business, inkl. Organisation und Durchführung von Workshops
- Unterstützung bei Planung, Status-Reporting und Risikomanagement im Projekt
- Begleitung von Testaktivitäten und Sicherstellung eines effizienten Anforderungsmanagements
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Business Analyst im SAP-BI/BW-Umfeld
- Gute Kenntnisse relevanter EU-Regulatorien (z. B. PAI, AR, EET, idealerweise auch CSRD/SFDR)
- Erfahrung mit Azure DevOps (ADO)
- Sicheres Auftreten gegenüber Stakeholdern und Fähigkeit, Workshops eigenständig zu leiten
- Analytische, strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Kommunikations- und Beratungskompetenz
- Selbstständige, proaktive Arbeitsweise in internationalen Projekten
