für ein aktuelles Kundenprojekt suchen wir einen IT-1st- & 2nd-Level-Supporter (m/w/d) für einen vollständig vor Ort durchgeführten Einsatz in Hamburg.


Rahmendaten:

- Start: 02.02.2026
- Laufzeit: 3 Monate + Option auf Verlängerung
- Auslastung: Vollzeit oder Teilzeit
- Einsatzort: 100 % Onsite in Hamburg
- Sprachen: Deutsch erforderlich, Englisch wünschenswert


Tätigkeiten:

- Annahme und Bearbeitung von Support-Anfragen im 1st & 2nd Level über Jira
- Direkter Vor-Ort-Support bei Anwenderproblemen
- Unterstützung bei E-Mail, Druckern, Monitoren, Dockingstations, Notebooks
- Installation und Basiseinrichtung von Windows-10/11-Arbeitsplätzen
- Austausch von Hardware & Peripherie im Tagesbetrieb
- Benutzerverwaltung in Active Directory (z. B. Passwort-Resets, einfache Gruppenpflege)
- Fehleranalyse bei LAN, WLAN, Netzwerkdruckern
- Dokumentation der Tätigkeiten und Lösungen im Ticketsystem
- Weitergabe komplexerer Themen an die interne IT


Must-Haves:

- Erfahrung im IT-1st- & 2nd-Level-Support
- Sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse in Windows 10/11
- Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft 365
- Grundkenntnisse in Active Directory
- Erfahrung mit Jira oder vergleichbarem Ticketsystem
- Serviceorientiertes, zuverlässiges Auftreten
- Strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse


Nice-to-have

- Erfahrung in Rollouts oder Arbeitsplatzmigrationen
- Grundkenntnisse in Netzwerkthemen (LAN, WLAN, IP)
- Erfahrungen im Unternehmensumfeld
