Project description: As part of a strategic construction project, an existing exhaust air purification plant, including buildings and technical infrastructure, is to be dismantled. The aim is to free up the area for a new construction project. In addition to the building itself, the dismantling also includes extensive piping systems (including contaminated sections) as well as electrical and media supply lines. What skills are required for this project manager (m/f/d) dismantling?

The essential skills and qualifications for this position include:

Experience with asbestos Confident dealing with external service providers Strong organizational and communication skills High sense of responsibility and structured way of working Experience in project management, ideally in the field of deconstruction, demolition or technical infrastructure Technical understanding of building technology, pipeline construction and electrical engineering Knowledge in dealing with hazardous substances, especially asbestos (e.g. TRGS 519 an advantage)

Additional preferred qualifications may include problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and experience working in collaborative team environments.
