For our client we are looking for an IT Supporter (m/f/d) in full capacity asap until the end of December with option to extend mostly remotely. As a contact person in the helpdesk, you will be responsible for 1st/2nd level support - the recording, processing and forwarding of support requests and fault reports in the area of IT and system administration For the installation and services of hardware and software products, you will create documentation for field service employees You will support...

The essential skills and qualifications for this position include:

You have sound experience in technical support and customer care You have already worked with ticket systems, knowledge of working with TopDesk or OTRS would be great Good knowledge of Linux is an advantage You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Your way of working is always conceptual and solution-oriented You have a high level of commitment and service orientation In stressful situations you keep the overview You have business fluent written and spoken German as well as good English language skills (at least B1)

Additional preferred qualifications may include problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and experience working in collaborative team environments.
