For our client we are looking for an Onsite Supporter (m/f/d) asap until 30.06.2026 with option to extend on site in Hamburg at full capacity. 1st and 2nd level support: Acceptance, classification and processing of IT malfunctions and service requests via our ticket system, e-mail and telephone. Analyzing and resolving more complex technical problems that cannot be solved at 1st level. What skills are required for this it-supporter (m/f/d)?

The essential skills and qualifications for this position include:

You have already gained experience in 1st and/or 2nd level support. You have a strong service and customer orientation and remain friendly and solution-oriented even in stressful situations. You have good knowledge of the Microsoft environment (Windows clients, M365). Very good written and spoken German skills are essential for communication within the team and with users. Initial knowledge of Microsoft Azure (e.g. administration of users, devices). Basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).

Additional preferred qualifications may include problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and experience working in collaborative team environments.
