ERP knowledge: Strong preference for MS BC365 CRM knowledge: Strong preference for MS Dynamics 365 German and English language skills Commercial or business administration degree or equivalent studies, preferably with marketing experience Very good knowledge and many years of experience in sales support and experience and knowledge in online, event, and content marketing Very good organizational and planning skills Proactive and self-organized - takes the initiative, contributes ideas, and reports proactively Agility and rapid responsiveness in dynamic environments Professional appearance, fluency and eloquence, with excellent verbal and written communication skills Understanding and commitment to the need for excellent customer service and high customer satisfaction Very good IT skills including Microsoft Office Suite, MS BC 365 and Microsoft Dynamics CRM Basic knowledge of design and marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Cloud, ClickDimensions, Planable, social media tools) Very good language skills in German, English, ideally French Motivated, self-confident hands-on mentality and team player
