For our client in the field of diagnostics/radiology we are looking for an IT-Supporter (m/f/d) 1st Level, as support over the holidays and the turn of the year at the locations Wuppertal and Arnsberg. Start: immediately (ASAP) Duration: 6 to 8 weeks (required over Christmas/new year) Location: Wuppertal (main focus) & Arnsberg (approx. 1 day/week or as scheduled) Volume: full time (onsite) Project Background The client is carrying out a hardware refresh at their sites in Wuppertal and Arnsberg....

What skills are required for this it support (m/f/d) over the holidays?

Experience in 1st level support and hardware rollouts. Confident handling of Windows 10/11 installations. Basic knowledge of Active Directory (creating users/computers, rights). Knowledge of network basics (patching, IP address assignment). Driving license class B and willingness to commute between Wuppertal and Arnsberg (approx. 60-70km). High service orientation (working in a medical environment).
