Our client is a large IT service provider. They are currently looking for a C++ Support Engineer (m/f/d) to support the long-term engagement with the end customer from 2026. The project is based in the automotive industry and revolves around a DMS (Dealer Management System). It is mandatory that the candidate already has experience with DMS. Our requirements Knowledge of the ITIL framework and incident management processes. Familiarity with automation tools and techniques to optimize support processes. Previous experience in a finance or technology oriented environment. Analyze logs, stack traces and system metrics to identify root causes of errors. Work closely with development, QA, DevOps and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless issue resolution. Assisting with deployments, hotfixes and release activities. Maintaining and updating support documentation, runbooks and troubleshooting guides. Ensuring compliance with SLAs and timely escalation when required. Participate in on-call rotation for critical production support. Strong analytical and communication skills.

Additional preferred qualifications may include problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and experience working in collaborative team environments.
