UI/UX Designer e.g. Figma, Sketch, Adobe Suite, 2D/3D data visualization, React, Javascript (f/m/d)

Must Requirements: Confident use of commercially available design tools such as Figma, Sketch and Adobe Suite - min 2 project references Sound knowledge in UI/UX design of complex web applications with data-intensive interaction patterns across multiple project phases (analysis, conceptualization, prototyping, validation) incl. Proof of different benefit validation methods/UAT procedures to support the shift-left approach - min. 2 project references Proven project experience in map-based 2D/3D data visualization (structured and unstructured geodata) - min. 2 project references Proven project experience in the design of workflows for data quality assurance (e2e: Upload, quality check, visual quality control, release) - min 2 project references Proven project experience in the independent organization of usability sessions with business requirements and technical development teams in complex project structures (number of stakeholders > 20) - min 2 project references Target requirement: Knowledge of data protection, data management and versioning systems for large-volume data Practical experience in the development and implementation of design thinking in a corporate environment Sound knowledge of the programming languages REACT and JavaScript/Typescript to simplify communication with the development team Expertise in setting up design systems and style guides for complex data applications Practical experience in agile development environments (SAFe, Scrum)
