A partner company from the energy industry is looking for a Task Mining Specialist (m/f/d) in 100% Remote as soon as possible. - Input processing - upload function for screencasts incl. audio. - Pre-processing: Check video and audio quality, normalize if necessary. - Analysis & extraction - identify process steps: Recognize clicks, inputs, system changes. - Extract roles: Assigning actions to roles (e.g. clerk, system). - Dealing with system jumps: Implementing logic for context changes. - Speech...

The essential skills and qualifications for this position include:

- Process Analysis & Modeling Ability to understand and structure complex business processes from visual and auditory sources. - RPA (Robotic Process Automation) know-how Experience with common RPA tools (e.g. Blue Prism) and their requirements for PDDs. - Video and audio analysis Knowledge of processing screencasts and speech recognition (speech-to-text). - Natural Language Processing (NLP) Extraction of process steps and roles from text and audio. - Computer vision recognition of UI elements and system jumps in screencasts. - Data formatting & conversion Creation of machine-readable formats and flexible conversion to Word, PDF etc. - Tool development & automation Experience in the development of automation solutions including API integration. - Quality assurance & testing Ensuring the accuracy of extracted data and validation of PDDs.
