The main task is to ensure the quality and reliability of the electro-optical components for the multiport DaVinci systems by developing and managing the supplier base. Work closely with suppliers and internal teams to resolve quality issues and improve component performance, capacity and cost Ensure compliance with quality management and regulatory requirements through audits and on-site assessments at supplier sites Apply structured techniques (Root Cause Analysis) to resolve supplier process...

What skills are required for this supplier engineer (m/f/d)?

The essential skills and qualifications for this position include:

Degree in engineering (electrical, mechanical, optics) or equivalent qualification Minimum 5 years of professional experience in process/manufacturing/supplier quality engineering Knowledge of technical optics Experience in characterization methods for fiber optic lighting systems Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German Ability to travel to suppliers in Europe as required (20-30%) Experience with quality tools such as pFMEA, FAI, Cpk studies - Strong ability to solve complex technical and process problems

Additional preferred qualifications may include problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and experience working in collaborative team environments.
