Senior Specialist Clearing & Data Quality (SAP IS-U) (m/f/d)

Experience in back-office/clearing processes in SAP IS-U In the market roles "Netz", "Lief" and "MSB" with focus on B2C processes across all core processes such as billing, customer/contract management, devices and metering, master data, market communication, energy data management, blocking processes, VKK... with a focus on clearing processes (including invoice corrections). Competencies in the recording of processes and internal quality assurance: Independent recording of processes and workflows. Own operational control, quality assurance and competence assurance. Processing of clearing cases and back-office issues in regular operations: Integration of the team into the nevos project structure and into the regular operating processes in the department. High-quality processing of cases according to specified prioritization. Own monitoring and reporting for case processing. Hyper-care phase: Supporting the start-up of processes in the specialist departments and in IT after the migration, processing migration errors, backlogs and special cases ("dregs"). Support and relieve teams in the specialist departments on the target platforms in their day-to-day business.
