The essential skills and qualifications for this position include:

- Extensive knowledge and practical experience in the development (and architecture desirable) of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM - In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, especially in the Sales, Customer Service and Project Operations modules, further desirable. - Proven experience in the development and implementation of modern Microsoft Power Platform solutions (e.g. Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Virtual Agents) - Ideally experience in translating business requirements of the e-mobility business into actionable software solutions - Sound technological know-how of Microsoft Cloud technologies (e.g. Logic Apps, Flows, Power Apps, Azure Custom Connectors) and .NET-based solutions - Programming skills in C# for the creation and customization of plugins and CWA components, including Windows platform development and database design
