Tasks: -Configure, implement, and support SAP HCM Payroll (PY-DE and PY-AT) in compliance with German and Austrian legal requirements. -Lead or assist in end-to-end payroll implementations for German and Austrian entities. -Conduct system testing, support user acceptance testing, and resolve functional issues. -Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, analyze gaps, and design scalable solutions. -Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless integration with related modules (PA, OM,...

What skills are required for this sap hcm consultant (m/f/d)?

The essential skills and qualifications for this position include:

5+ years of experience in SAP HCM; focused on German and/or Austrian Payroll configuration. Strong understanding of statutory regulations for Germany and Austria (tax; social insurance; collective agreements). Proven experience in full-cycle implementations: blueprinting; customizing; and go-live support. Working knowledge of integration with PA; OM; and Time Management modules. Ability to write functional specifications and collaborate effectively with technical teams. Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
