Project Manager (m/f/d)

Degree or further training in electrical engineering, energy technology, industrial engineering or as a technician/master craftsman. Experience in technical offer processing (pre-sales) and subsequent realization (EPC) of energy systems, ideally for battery storage systems or comparable infrastructure. Knowledge of the design and operation of battery storage systems, inverter and protection technology as well as relevant standards and regulations. Ability to prepare detailed quantity surveys and calculations for construction and electrical installation services. Competence in construction supervision and coordination of various trades, ideally based on VOB knowledge. Business fluent in the German language. Confident handling of MS Office and calculation software. Sales orientation and strong entrepreneurial thinking to evaluate project profitability. Strong communication skills and convincing manner in technical negotiations and presentations. Project management skills such as high result orientation, organizational skills and strong interface competence.
