Expertise in managing highly complex, cross-country and cross-company reporting processes in the context of sustainability and group reporting. In-depth understanding and sound application experience in the preparation of sustainability reports in accordance with leading standards such as GRI and the new ESRS/CSRD requirements. Strong consulting skills in the area of sustainability and corporate communications as well as in the implementation of new reporting frameworks. Methodological competence in the independent implementation of moderations and interactive workshops for knowledge transfer and process definition. Strong communication skills at all hierarchical levels to clearly convey complex issues and successfully handle audit requests. Independent and results-oriented way of working in order to meet deadlines and quality specifications even in a dynamic, regulatory environment.
