What skills are required for this project control manager (m/f/d)?

The essential skills and qualifications for this position include:

Education & Certification: Master's degree (Architecture/Civil Engineering) and PMP certification (or equivalent). Experience: At least 7 years of experience in project management of architectural projects in industrial, manufacturing or healthcare, with proven track record in complex projects. Expertise: Knowledge of sustainable energy solutions, ability to analyze technical data and manage risk. Soft Skills & Software: Excellent stakeholder management, leadership skills and confident with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Languages & Location: Fluency in German and English; work location is Norderstedt (with up to 5% national travel availability).

Additional preferred qualifications may include problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and experience working in collaborative team environments.
