A large energy supplier intends to commission the maintenance and operation of its centrally used services in the "Customer Care" domain cluster. The commissioned services (ThinkOwl Integration Services - TIS) integrate the ThinkOwl SaaS solution into the energy supplier's business processes. The essential skills and qualifications for this position include:

↵ Must-have requirements (At least basic/generalist knowledge) ITIL V4 Foundation certified. Knowledge and experience with: Programming languages/frameworks: Java, Spring, Maven, Gradle, Typescript. Cloud/DevOps/IaC: Azure DevOps, YAML Pipelines, Bicep. Azure Cloud Services: Azure Networking (VNet), Azure App Service, Azure Service Bus, Azure Event Hub, Azure Functions, Azure Entra ID, Azure API Management, Azure KeyVault, Azure Storage, Application Insights, Azure Monitor35. Databases: Mongo DB, SQL, NOSQL (experience with Atlas an advantage). APIs & protocols: OpenAPI, REST, OData, OAuth. Nice-to-have requirements Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, Javascript, NextJS, webhooks, websockets. Proven references from comparable assignments.
