Process analysis and design Ability to systematically record actual processes, identify weaknesses and develop scalable target processes. IT and digital expertise Experience with role models, standards and guidelines in the field of digitalization, ideally citizen development. Conceptual expertise Development of practical, implementable concepts, catalogs of measures and prioritization for scaling and standardization. Communication and change management skills Designing communication strategies, feedback formats and mechanisms for involving citizen developers.
