Very good knowledge of Configuration Management Database, in particular the idoit tool: Object tree creation / creation, editing and maintenance of objects / creation of object types and categories / creation of lists, reports / creation of logical links / compliance with quality measures Very good knowledge and practical experience in the implementation of ITIL processes (Incident-, Change-, Problem-, Configuration management) Advanced knowledge of process automation/process understanding Advanced knowledge of quality management methods/tools and their application Advanced knowledge of process and quality management documentation Several years of project and professional experience in asset management Basic experience in monitoring events and recognizing error situations and process disruptions Independent and efficient way of working in a team, even under time pressure Personal responsibility, initiative, commitment and creativity
