The essential skills and qualifications for this position include:

Must requirement: Experience in setting up and implementing complex dbt projects with dbt-core - min. 2 project references SQL expertise for analytical databases ideally on AWS Redshift - min. 5 years experience dbt Analytics Engineering Certification or Fundamental - min. 2 project references Should requirement: Experience in the use of AWS Redshift Experience in the use of open source orchestration Airflow or dagster Know-how in agile project management e.g. IAPM/CAPM, PMI Agile Certified Practitioner, Scaled Agile Framework

Additional preferred qualifications may include problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and experience working in collaborative team environments.
