The essential skills and qualifications for this position include:

At least 10 years' experience in senior roles (data, AI, IT or strategy) and proven track record in building Center of Excellence structures In-depth knowledge of AI technologies and deep understanding of governance, compliance and ethical requirements Strong industry knowledge in financial services with experience in sensitive data (e.g. credit bureau) Experience in company-wide program management and stakeholder management at C-level Strong leadership skills, implementation strength and competence in change management Certifications in AI, change management or agile methods are desirable
