Currently we are looking for a HR Business Partner (m/f/d) on a freelance basis for our pharmaceutical customer Daiichi Sankyo based in Munich. The project is a full-time occupation (5 days/week). 8 years of experience as HR Business Partner (internal or as consultant) in an international environment Fluency in German and English Credible business person who is perceived as trusted advisor and expert Project knowledge in German labor law, and project experience with work council Project experience to work efficiently in a matrix environment Experience in Pharma industry is an advantage

Additional preferred qualifications may include problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and experience working in collaborative team environments.
