EHS / Safety Manager (m/f/d) - Process Safety (PSM/ATEX/HAZOP) - Norderstedt

Required: Master's degree in engineering, safety or a related field. 5-7 years of experience in safety management, ideally in construction, industry or healthcare. In-depth knowledge of German and European safety regulations, standards and best practices. Responsibility for specific EHS topics related to Process Safety Management (PSM) or technical safety, e.g. ATEX, HAZOP/LOPA, SIL/PL, static electricity, machine safety. First point of contact for day-to-day EHS issues, incident investigations, engineering changes and continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment. Additional training in process or technical safety, with a willingness to develop further. Proven track record of achieving results independently and within diverse teams. Strong interpersonal skills, able to engage all levels of the organization. Preferred: Business oriented, proactive and a true team player. Confident working in a dynamic, international environment. Initiative driver with excellent prioritization skills, even under pressure. Proven leadership skills with influence on safety culture. Excellent communication, training and stakeholder engagement skills. Fluent in German and English.
