The essential skills and qualifications for this position include:

Extensive FTTx network knowledge and in-depth experience in the planning and construction of broadband networks Business fluent in written and spoken German Confident appearance and assertiveness on the construction site Communicate decisions made transparently to the internal project teams Take initiative in the processing of complex tasks Always work through tasks conscientiously and reliably Confident in the use of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Teams) and ideally SAP-PM, GISmobil and cablescout HSE: recognize dangerous situations and derive and actively support improvements for the future

Additional preferred qualifications may include problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and experience working in collaborative team environments.
